It is required for legacy websites which use ActiveX / COM objects.
1. Open Edge, then click on the three dots at the upper left
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Default Browser
4. Select to allow sites to be reloaded in IE mode.
5. Add the exact pages for the IE mode. e.g. https://localhost/test/index.html
