Drag and Drop when running with administrative privileges

Have you ever tried to drag an item to a an application running in elevated mode (run it as administrator in Windows 10)?
It turns out that you cannot drag items to a process running with a higher privileges than yours as it is concerned to be a security issue.

To overcome this, one should open a file manager with administrative privileges and then drag the files from one elevated window to another.
