The new windows terminal application can be downloaded from windows app store.
I use it for a while and it is a real boost to productivity.
Aside from the better fonts and antialiasing there are some very noticeable advantages:
1. Multi tab environment
2. Easy copy and paste with a mouse.
3. Allows to create custom profile with launches a cmd.exe file or a batch file in a specific folder. Using batch file can set the environment variables which are required for that type of session.
4. Unicode support.
