In short, use it for file sharing of non sensitive data, losing which is not a problem.
Terabox is a Chinese company with their own data centers and they probably inspect what so being uploaded. So expect no privacy or reliability.
However, if you encrypt files before uploading, it will eliminate at least one issue.
