Perform system operations only next time the system reboots

There is a special registry key that allows to run a command only once, right after the system reboots.
This key is the "RunOnce" key and it can hold an unlimited number of operations.
The "RunOnce" subkey actually exists in several places in the registry which have some precedence order, however I prefer to use the one in the LOCAL_MACHINE.

Very good tool for software installers.
