There are plenty of web mail providers that offer an unlimited storage plans for free.
Such can be yahoo.com or even walla.co.il.
They impose some limitations on the size of an individual email message, however it is still tempting to have some piece of software that would know to backup our precious data on-line even if the cost of retrieving this information back would be a few hours of work.
For files smaller than 10 MB (actually approximately 7MB since it is converted to base64) we can send them as they are, while for files bigger than that, a simple split would do the job.
Here we would use our ISP account for SMTP.
Then all we have to do is to choose the files and click on "Upload".
I couldn't find so far anything that would do these things for us, very unlikely I confess.
